WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days (unless you've ordered a custom cup) and will be shipped insured with post.at or DHL. The countries we ship to + delivery times are available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email for a shipping quote: shop@oneofakindclay.at

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Maestro, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES?
All items are shipped from Vienna, Austria. If you live outside the EU, import taxes will apply to your order and will be paid for separately at the customs of the delivery country.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
No, if you want to exchange an item, you have to return your order and place a new order. Please check our Return Policy for further details

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT IS DEFECT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please send us an email to shop@oneofakindclay.at with a picture of the damaged product and we will help you with the next step.

 

THE ITEM I WANTED IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT. WHAT DO I DO?
Thank you for your interest in my ceramics. :) They are all handmade in small batches by me so it takes a while to restock everything. But you can click on the NOTIFY ME button and therefore will be the first to receive an email once the product is back in stock. Don't forget to sign up to our Ceramic Newsletter which will give you the latest inforrmation about shop updates.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CERAMICS?
Ceramics are very hardwearing and a special piece, well taken care of, can outlive us.

Please avoid using your piece in ovens and microwaves, and if you can, handwash your piece. They can survive prolonged dishwasher use, however more care is generally taken when handwashing, and it's a less harsh environment for the glaze.

WHAT'S YOUR PACKAGING MATERIAL?
We aim for a recyclable and/or compostable packaging. Your order will come in a cardboard box, wrapped in paper tape. Inside will be shredded cardboard, biodegradable packing peanuts or tissue paper.

We keep bubblewrap, sealed air etc. when it comes into the studio to use again, so if you get something that's plastic, please try and reuse it again too. Reusing and recycling rules!

CAN I WHOLESALE YOU PRODUCTS?
Sure! We already have wonderful partner shops throughout Europe and are pleased to expand our partnerships. Please get in touch with us for details on minimum order quantities, a pricelist, and any other questions.

Please note there may be a long lead time, as everything is handmade by one single person. :)
